Most Important Work – Talking with Kids about Addiction in the Family-How Fred Rogers’ Legacy Can Guide Us

This week (February 9-15) is Kids Can Recover Awareness Week, which raises awareness about children impacted by substance-use disorder in their homes. At the Fred Rogers Center, our Incubator 143 Research Lab has partnered with Dr. Jessica Black in creating resources on how to support caregivers to talk to children about substance-use disorder. Recently, Fred Rogers Center’s Dr. Dana Winters joined Dr. Black to share about how Fred Rogers’ legacy might guide us around conversations about addiction in the family.
