Evaluating a Play Material or a Play Facility and Designing Play
Course: The Educational Role of Play in Early Childhood Education

Paired students evaluate a play material, such as a toy, or a play facility, such as a community park, following three criteria reflecting the value of play in children’s development, the cultural values of play, and proposals for improving play. Students will then design an activity or facility with educational purposes, accompanied by a poster presentation.
