From the website: Formed in 2003, Preschool California is a nonprofit, non-partisan advocacy organization that brings together a diverse group of supporters, from kindergarten teachers to CEOs to county sheriffs. Our mission is to achieve publicly funded, quality preschool opportunity for all California children whose parents want to enroll them.  Since our inception in 2003, we have been working on the following five fronts to build the public and political will to make this vision a reality: 1. Outreach and Collaboration 2. Policy Development 3. Communications 4. Policymaker Education 5. Candidate Education
