Professor Dafna Lemish is Editor of the Journal of Children and Media.  She has written extensively on children and media including recent books: Children and Television: A Global Perspective; co-authored Media and the Make Believe Worlds of Children, and co-edited Media Education: Policies and Practices and Children and Media at Times of War and Conflict. Her research interests include: children, youth, media and leisure; gender representations; media and the construction of gender identity; media literacy.
