From the website: CRITC is dedicated to furthering research and knowledge on the effects of electronic media on children’s social development and academic achievement.  We use a range of methods including laboratory experiments, long-term longitudinal designs, and nationally representative surveys, to pursue empirical research on children’s use of television, video and computer games, and other interactive media.
