About

Fellows

Center Fellows are senior scholars and practitioners who conduct research and other, mission-driven new work in line with the principles and child-centered approach of Fred Rogers.

In Summer 2009, the Fred Rogers Center has named the first Fred Rogers Fellows.  These early-career and aspiring professionals are provided with opportunities to create high-quality screen media inspired by the legacy of Fred Rogers.

Faculty Fellows have developed course work and materials that provide undergraduates, graduate students, and practicing early childhood educators with unique educational experiences based on Fred Rogers’ approach to child development and drawing from materials of the Fred Rogers Archive.
